Objective: Reframe shopping cart abandonment as a data and identity problem, demonstrating how a unified customer profile (Golden Record) enables real-time, personalized engagement that reduces lost revenue.
My Role: Partnered with product marketing and subject matter expertise to shape a thought leadership narrative linking cart abandonment economics to CDP-driven identity resolution, then authored and refined the final article for executive-level readability and market positioning.
Results: The piece translated complex concepts such as real-time data ingestion, persistent identity management, and householding into a clear narrative used to support marketing messaging and enterprise sales conversations.

Objective: Quickly create a customer case study to meet a prerequisite for becoming a premier Snowflake partner.
My Role: Interviewed airline IT and marketing executives and internal SMEs, wrote the case study, and made the Snowflake event partner deadline.
